We want getting comfortable to feel simple. Hushvo offers free standard shipping to every destination available at checkout, with tracking whenever the carrier provides it.

Delivery estimates are measured from the date you place your order and include processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Where we ship
We offer free standard shipping to the countries and regions that can be selected at checkout. Available destinations may change because of carrier coverage, product restrictions, local regulations, or other operational limits. If no shipping option appears for an address at checkout, we are not currently able to deliver that order to the address.
Estimated delivery times
- Select areas of the United States: 4–5 business days from the order date.
- All other available destinations: 7–10 business days from the order date.
Your checkout or shipping confirmation may show a more specific estimate based on the products in your order and the delivery address.
Processing and tracking
After you place an order, we prepare it for shipment and send a shipping confirmation when tracking information is available. Carrier tracking can take some time to begin showing movement after the label is created.
Please review your order confirmation carefully. If any order or address information is incorrect, email support@hushvo.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started.
Split shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately because they are fulfilled from different locations or become ready at different times. You may receive more than one package and tracking number. There is no additional standard-shipping charge when we split an order.
Address and delivery issues
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Once a package has shipped, changes or rerouting depend on the carrier and may not be possible. If an order is returned because an address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused or not collected, contact us so we can review the available options. Additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot find it, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and any carrier notice first, then contact the carrier and Hushvo for help.
Delays and customs
Weather, peak-season volume, carrier disruptions, customs reviews, remote-area service, public holidays, and events outside our reasonable control can extend delivery times. International orders may also be held by customs. We will provide the information available to us and help with a carrier inquiry when appropriate, but carrier and customs timelines are outside Hushvo’s direct control.
Duties, taxes, and import charges
Free standard shipping does not necessarily include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by a destination country or carrier. Unless checkout expressly says those charges are included, the recipient is responsible for any amount requested by the carrier or local authority.
Missing or damaged packages
If a package is missing, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, email us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the package, shipping label, and product may help us resolve the claim with the carrier. Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims are handled at no return-shipping cost to you under our Return & Refund Policy.
