Accessibility at Hushvo

A more usable Hushvo, for more people.

We want people with different abilities, technologies, and ways of navigating the web to be able to explore Hushvo and get the support they need.

Our ongoing commitment

Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we improve our store, not a one-time project. As Hushvo grows, we aim to make our content, shopping experience, and customer support easier to perceive, understand, navigate, and use.

We review the experience over time, respond to reported barriers, and prioritize practical improvements. This statement describes our goals and current approach; it is not a certification or a guarantee that every page or feature conforms to a particular technical standard.

What we are working toward

Clear content

Readable text, meaningful headings and links, useful image descriptions, and language that makes products and policies easier to understand.

Flexible navigation

Core shopping tasks that can be completed with a keyboard and layouts designed to remain usable across screen sizes and zoom levels.

Compatible interactions

Labels, status messages, controls, and forms that are more understandable when used with common browsers and assistive technologies.

Known limitations

Some parts of our store may not yet work equally well for every visitor. Third-party apps, embedded media, payment services, or checkout features may be provided or updated by other companies and can behave differently across devices and assistive technologies. Some older content may also need improved descriptions or structure.

If any part of Hushvo prevents you from getting information, completing a purchase, or contacting us, please let us know. We will review the issue and, when possible, offer the information or service through an accessible alternative while we work on an improvement.

Feedback helps us improve

Report an accessibility barrier

Email support@hushvo.com with the subject line “Accessibility Feedback.” To help us investigate, please include:

  • The page URL or feature you were using
  • A short description of the barrier and what you were trying to do
  • Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it
  • A screenshot, if it is useful and does not contain sensitive information

Please do not include passwords or full payment-card details. We will use the information you provide to review your report and respond to your support request.
