Comfort is personal. This policy explains when a Hushvo product can be returned, who pays return shipping, and how refunds are handled.

The 100-Night Comfort Trial applies only when it is clearly shown on the product page or in your order details. Return shipping for Comfort Trial and ordinary returns is paid by the customer. Hushvo covers approved returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
100-Night Comfort Trial
Products are eligible for the 100-Night Comfort Trial only when the offer is expressly displayed on the product page at the time of purchase or identified in your order details. The trial begins on the calendar date the carrier records the order as delivered and ends 100 calendar days later.
There is no minimum trial period. You may request a comfort return at any point during the 100-day window, even if you have slept on the product. Normal sleep use is permitted, but the item must be clean, sanitary, and free from stains, odors, infestation, intentional damage, misuse, modification, or damage caused by failing to follow the care instructions.
To qualify, you must contact us before the trial expires and follow the return or donation instructions we provide. A return requested after the 100-day window is not eligible under the Comfort Trial unless applicable law requires otherwise.
30-day returns for other products
A product that is not marked as eligible for the 100-Night Comfort Trial may be returned within 30 calendar days after carrier-recorded delivery. It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all parts, accessories, and labels included. Contact us within the 30-day window and obtain return instructions before sending anything.
How to start a return
- Email support@hushvo.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
- For an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when possible.
- Wait for our written instructions. Depending on your location and the product, we may direct you to an approved return warehouse or authorize a donation instead.
Please do not send an unauthorized return. Do not mail a product to the address on its original package or donate it unless Hushvo has approved that step in writing. Unauthorized returns or donations may not be accepted or refunded.
Return or approved donation
We will choose the appropriate resolution based on the product and your location. If we require a physical return, we will provide the designated return destination. If we approve a donation, we will identify any proof needed, such as a dated receipt or confirmation from the approved organization. A donation is a valid return method only after written approval from Hushvo.
Return shipping and costs
- Comfort Trial returns: The customer pays the return-shipping cost.
- Ordinary 30-day returns: The customer pays the return-shipping cost.
- Incorrect, damaged, or defective items: Hushvo pays the approved return-shipping cost or provides another no-cost resolution.
We do not charge a restocking fee. When you are responsible for return shipping, use a trackable service and keep the shipping receipt. Hushvo is not responsible for a customer-arranged return that is lost before it reaches the approved destination.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if the wrong item arrived or if a product appears damaged or defective. Once the claim is approved, Hushvo will provide return instructions or another appropriate resolution at no return-shipping cost to you. We may request photos or other reasonable evidence so we can verify and resolve the issue.
Refunds
After we receive and accept the returned item, or accept the required proof of an approved donation, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit to your account.
An approved refund covers the product price actually paid and applicable sales tax. Unless required by law or caused by a Hushvo error, refunds do not include customer-paid return shipping, expedited or upgraded delivery fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other third-party fees.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country, state, province, or region. If mandatory local law gives you a longer cancellation period, a right to a refund of certain delivery charges, or another remedy for faulty goods, that law will apply to the extent it conflicts with this policy.
